Michael E. Handler
Mike has held numerous senior roles throughout his career, always following his passion for public service and public safety.

Currently, he is the Chairman of the Board at TelyRx, a healthcare technology company. Previously, he served as Co-President of Building & Land Technology. Mike served as the Director of Administration and Chief Financial Officer of the City of Stamford and the Director of Emergency Management of the Town of New Canaan, CT. Additionally, he was Executive Vice President at Jefferies Asset Management and Senior Portfolio Manager at SAC Capital Management. Mike earned his BA from Emory University and an MBA from Columbia University.
Martial J. Pabon, PhD.
Martial has a PhD in Chemistry and over 25 years of experience in surfactants and surface protection chemistry.

Previously, Martial served as President and CEO of Millrock Technology, a company that specializes in manufacturing freeze dryer equipment for the pharmaceutical industry. Additionally, he served as the CEO of Dynax Corporation, a manufacturer of components for firefighting foams. His professional journey included a significant role at DuPont (and later Chemours, post spin), where he held the position of Technical Leader for the EMEA Advanced Performance Materials Unit. Prior to that, he worked at Arkema as a Research and Development Chemist and Global Technical Support Chemist. Martial earned his PhD from the University of Strasbourg, France.
